HANO is a series PPDI-terminated prepolymers with very low free PPDI content (typical < 0.1% by weight), allows to obtain a none toxic polyurethane system and to reduce hazards during processing. These prepolymers have a relatively low viscosity and long pour life for curing with commercial curatives to yield high-performance polyurethane elastomers with hardness in a range of 80-97 Shore A. The unique combination of properties exhibited by PPDI-based prepolymers is superior to those available from standard prepolymers based on TDI or MDI.
HANO series Low Free PPDI prepolymers include ester, ether, PCL, PCD based grade, and they can be used for producing high load bearing wheels and rollers, valves, screens, and so on.
Features of HANO prepolymers include:
♦ Low free PPDI content
♦ Low viscosity
♦ Excellent dynamics
♦ Workable pour life, easy handing
♦ Long shelf life, over 6 months in unopened original packaging

Note: 1.We recommend preheating prepolymer at 80-100°C before use. If necessary, heat the product longer; then stir and degas.
2. For best results, the mold should be pre-heated to the recommended temperature.
